How to edit or cancel an order
You may edit or cancel an order any time prior to shipment. All orders ship within 1 to 2 business days but many orders ship within a few hours of being placed, please call us as soon as possible (during business hours) to cancel or amend your order.
- Returns are accepted on purchases within 60 days of receipt.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
- Returns are refunded to the original payment method once they are received and processed.
- To make this process as simple as possible for you, we no longer offer exchanges, if you’d like to exchange your garment you may purchase your new item and return the item you no longer want.
How to return an item
Quick return method:
- To initiate a return please login to your account on our website.
- Select the order you’d like to return, and click “Request Return” (top right).
- Indicate the item you’re returning, quantity, and the reason for your return.
- Submit your return request.
- You will be notified when your return is authorized.
- You may also fill out the form below, call us during our business hours, or email us for a return authorization, be sure to include your order number in the email to help expedite the process.
Shipping the return
- You may ship the return back to us with any trackable shipping method.
- You may request a shipping label from us for the return. The cost of a trackable FedEx Ground return shipping label is $10 and will be deducted from your return refund.
- You do not need to include the original product boxes with your return.
- Be sure to include a copy of your original order number in your package or a note with your original order number so we may be able to track the return back to you. (Often outside labels get damaged during transit and we are not always able to make out the name on the package, including a note inside with your order number or a copy of the order will allow us to make this process go quickly and smoothly.)

- We process returns during regular business hours.
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
- After the refund is processed it may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.
- If you have questions about your return status you may call us during our business hours or email us. Please have your order number ready when calling and be sure to include your order number in your email to us to help expedite the process.
- If an item you received has a manufacturing defect, we are very sorry. We will make it right!

- We will respond to your refund request with questions to confirm the defect.
- You will receive a notification once the return is authorized.
- Use the prepaid label to complete your return, the shipping is on us.
- Please do not send items back that have not been authorized by our team, it may cause confusion and delays in the process.
